My order was wrong, defective, or damaged in the mail.

This is never convenient, but it will be fixed. Any order that is wrong, defective, or damaged will be replaced by the manufacturer after the order and the mistakes are verified. Please email bodybymighty@gmail.com with a picture of your items, and the resolution you'd like (replacement or refund) within 4 weeks from receiving the package.

Your order was returned to sender. The manufacturer notifies the BODY team and requests an address change. As soon as we are notified, we reach out to you for the proper shipping address. Please not that we will use the contact information listed on your original order to get in touch with you.

I received my merchandise and its correct, but I just don't like it or how it fits.

At this time, we cannot accomodate refunds or exchanges. It is understandably frustrating to order something, be ready to rock it, and it just doesn't satisfy expectations. This is preventable when we work together. Make sure to order the size that works best for you by checking the sizing charts for the garments. Know that the design may differ in color due to different color settings on different screens; stay flexible. Lastly, keep an eye out for your package once you get an estimated date of delivery. Be prepared to collect it from the front porch or mail area in a timely fashion.
